What is qEEG brain mapping?+
A painless, non-invasive recording of your brain's electrical activity that is compared to a normative database to identify regions of dysregulation.
How is your TMS different from MeRT?+
TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation) is the FDA-cleared, non-invasive treatment we deliver. MeRT is a branded, EEG-guided variation offered elsewhere. We use qEEG brain mapping to personalize standard TMS protocols based on each patient's unique brain activity, without the proprietary MeRT branding or licensing.
Is TMS therapy FDA-cleared?+
Yes — TMS is FDA-cleared for major depressive disorder, OCD, anxious depression, smoking cessation, and migraine.
Is TMS covered by insurance?+
Most major insurers (BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna) cover TMS for qualifying diagnoses. We offer free insurance verification.
Does TMS hurt?+
