Autism Outcomes

Outcomes, measured. Not just promised.

Repeat qEEG, validated parent-report measures, and NeuroAxis dashboards make it possible to see what is actually changing — and to course-correct when the data says we should.

Typical outcome trajectories

The chart below shows representative ranges of parent-reported improvement across five domains over a standard course (illustrative, not a guarantee). Individual outcomes vary; the point of measuring is to know which domains are moving and which need a different approach.

BaselineMidpoint (~wk 6)End of course
Emotional Regulation2871 +43
Attention & Focus2467 +43
Sleep Quality3176 +45
Communication2260 +38
Sensory Tolerance2665 +39

Illustrative ranges synthesized from published TMS-for-autism literature and Reign-Bow case experience. Your child's outcomes are reported individually.

What 'measured outcomes' actually means here

Three independent measurement streams converge in NeuroAxis: (1) a repeat 19-channel qEEG so we can see whether the brain's electrical patterns have shifted; (2) validated parent-report instruments captured at baseline, midpoint, and end of course; (3) clinician observation logged session-by-session. When two or more streams move in the same direction, we have a real signal — not a hopeful one.

What we do when outcomes stall

Plateaus happen. The protocol is built to detect them early and re-evaluate, not to push through. We re-map, check for sleep or anxiety drivers, and adjust the personalized TMS targets. The point of tracking is to course-correct before time and money are wasted.

Honest scope

We do not market cures. We do report consistent patterns — fewer and shorter meltdowns, smoother transitions, steadier attention, better sleep, more spontaneous communication — at rates that justify the time and cost for most families who complete a full course. Frequently asked questions

Do you publish outcome data?

We share de-identified outcome ranges with prospective families and report individualized outcomes to every family at the end of a course. We do not publish numbers we cannot verify.

Do you guarantee results?

No reputable clinic should. We commit to objective measurement, transparent reporting, and course correction when the data warrants it.

What if my child does not respond?

We re-map. Plateaus are information. Sometimes the brain reveals a different driver than the initial map suggested; sometimes co-occurring issues (sleep, anxiety) need to be addressed first.

Which outcomes do you track?

Regulation, attention, communication, sleep, sensory tolerance, school behavior, and physiological/qEEG markers — visualized in NeuroAxis dashboards.
